We continue to operate with curbside service. When arriving for your scheduled appointment, please call us at (604) 980-0584. We will speak with you over the phone, and bring your pet inside for treatment.
Please note masks are required for all interactions with staff members - please ensure you have one when meeting a team member at the door (including prescription and food pick-ups, pet drop-offs, etc).
We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails. Please do not leave a voicemail when checking in for your appointment. If you are unable to reach us, please hang up and try again so that we can ensure you are checked in. If still unable to reach anyone via phone, please knock on the door and we will be there as soon as possible :) Messages are not checked immediately and are for non-urgent matters.
If you are coming to pick up food or medicine, we will bring it out to you. We will ask you to settle the bill with a credit card over the phone, or Interac e-Transfer prior to your departure from the clinic. Please note, this means we cannot accept cash or debit cards at this time.
If you are experiencing symptoms of cold, flu or respiratory problems, have returned to Canada in the past two weeks or are on self-isolation procedures for any reason, we will ask that you arrange a family member or friend who has had limited contact with you to bring your pet to the clinic.
To eliminate foot traffic, we encourage you to sign up and use our online Vet Store. Our store includes an option for home delivery.
