Please note we will be closed for Victoria Day on May 23, but we remain open Saturday May 21 and Tuesday May 24
We are proud to be
North Vancouver's favourite veterinary clinic!
We could not be more pleased to announce the return toward more normal appointments with you, our beloved pet guardians, participating in person in the consultation and examination of your furry family member. When you arrive for your pet's appointment, you will be invited inside the clinic to participate in the examination and face-to-face discussion with our caring veterinarians.
When arriving for your scheduled appointment, please call us at
(604) 980-0584 to check in,
but remain in your vehicle with your pet.
When we are ready, a member of our team will telephone you or come find you in your vehicle then welcome you and your pet inside for the consultation and exam.
At the conclusion of the consultation you will be asked to settle up with our friendly reception staff before leaving. If your pet is having a blood collection, nail trim or similar reason for delay, you may wait in our reception area for your pet.
We will continue to provide curb-side service for food and medication pick-ups. Please call when you arrive and a member of our team will bring it out to you.
Please note masks are required inside the clinic - please ensure you have one when coming to the clinic (including prescription and food pick-ups, pet drop-offs, etc.). If you are caught short, please let us know when you call to check in, and we will be happy to provide you with a surgical mask.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails. Please do not leave a voicemail when checking in for your appointment. If you are unable to reach us, please hang up and try again so that we can ensure you are checked in. If still unable to reach anyone via phone, please knock on the door and we will be there as soon as possible :) Messages are not checked immediately and are for non-urgent matters.
If you are experiencing symptoms of cold, flu or respiratory problems, or are on self-isolation procedures for any reason, we will ask that you arrange a family member or friend who has had limited contact with you to bring your pet to the clinic.
For greatest convenience, we encourage you to sign up and use our online Vet Store. Our store includes an option for home delivery.
Stay tuned here for the next steps on our road to normality :)
We thank you for your continued cooperation and support!
