We could not be more pleased to announce the return to normal appointments with you, our beloved pet guardians, participating in person in the consultation and examination of your furry family member.

When you arrive for your pet's appointment, please check in at reception and you will be invited into an exam room to participate in the examination and face-to-face discussion with our caring veterinarians.

Please note masks are optional now. Please respect the choices of other clients and our staff. We have hand sanitizer and disposable masks available in our reception area for anyone. However, our exam rooms are a special case due to the small space and long time in close proximity. We may request that you to wear a mask when in an exam room with one of us and we will always be more than happy to extend the same courtesy to anyone who would like it. 

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails. Please do not leave a voicemail for urgent matters. If you are unable to reach us, please hang up and try again in a few minutes. If still unable to reach anyone via phone, please come into the clinic and speak with reception. Messages are not checked immediately and are for non-urgent matters.  

If you are experiencing symptoms of cold, flu or respiratory problems, or are on self-isolation procedures for any reason, we will ask that you arrange a family member or friend who has had limited contact with you to bring your pet to the clinic. 

For greatest convenience, we encourage you to sign up and use our online Vet Store. Our store includes an option for home delivery.
