What do I do when I arrive for my pet's appointment?
Please call the clinic at (604) 980-0584 when you arrive. Make sure that you specify which vehicle you are in and where you are parked, or where you are standing if you have walked or used transit.
How do appointments work if I can't come inside?
After you have checked in via phone, the veterinarian will call you to discuss your pet and any concerns. Please ensure your ringer is on and you are not on another call so that we can best utilize the 30 minute appointment slot. Once the veterinarian has spoken with you over the phone, we will then bring your pet inside for their appointment. The veterinarian will speak with you once more once they have examined your pet and discuss any findings or treatment plans.
How do I pay?
We are currently accepting Visa or MasterCard payments via phone, or Interac e-Transfers at the end of the appointment. We are not accepting cash payments at this time. We will verify that we have an e-mail address on file to send the receipt. If you do not have a credit card and are unable to pay via e-Transfer, please let us know at the time of your booking so that we can arrange an alternative option.
When will you be allowing people inside the clinic again?
At this time, we are not certain of this. The present protocol is in place to best protect both clients and staff to ensure we can continue operating and taking care of your furry friends.
What if I want to buy food for my pet?
We now have an online store specific for food and over the counter items. You will have the option to ship your order directly to your home, or to the clinic for pick-up.
